Unique Technical Services is a Cranbourne North heating, cooling and hot water company serving Melbourne's south-east since 2014. We supply and install split, multi-split and ducted reverse-cycle systems from Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin and Rinnai, iStore and Panasonic heat pump hot water, and we service and repair every brand. Government rebates are checked and lodged for you, so the discount comes straight off the invoice.

A free site visit and a written quote. We size the system to your rooms, recommend the brand that suits the job and the budget, and include every rebate you qualify for.

Installation
Licensed installers (ARC L162322) working to Australian standards and the manufacturer’s specification, so your warranty holds. Neat pipework, tested and commissioned, site left clean.

Maintenance
Annual servicing, repairs and ducted airflow inspections for every brand, whether or not we installed it. Clean, test and tune so the system lasts longer and costs less to run.
Ducted Reverse-Cycle
Whole-Home. Every Room.
Our specialty: designed from the plans, R1.5 ducting, safety drain tray and AirTouch or Panasonic zoning as standard, for family homes, renovations and builders.
Government rebates
Upgrade for less with Victorian Energy Upgrades.
Discounts apply to approved reverse-cycle systems replacing gas or inefficient heating, and to heat pump hot water replacing electric or gas tanks. Solar Victoria adds a hot water rebate for eligible households. The ducted co-payment rules change on 30 September 2026.
